What will it involve?

The first physiotherapy session will start with a discussion to determine the way in which your problem is affecting you, examine your goals and go over any relevant past medical history. A thorough physical examination will then follow: this looks at a whole host of factors including - muscle strength, gait, balance, posture and range of motion at various segments in order to determine any underlying dysfunction.
